Welcome to our Winter 2012 Online Farm Market--we are now open for orders Saturday through Tuesday online to be picked up on Thursday here at the farm. Thanks.


To place an order, simply fill out the order form, select the items and quantities you would like to have and press the send order button. Your order will be confirmed via email giving you an order total. Your order will then be ready for pickup on Thursday between 2 and 6 pm here at the farm.

Magenta Lettuce

Sown from a wild lettuce mix, each head is uniquely different in texture, size, shape and color...best of all each type is individually delicious! Mei Qing Choi

More easily pronounced, this is "baby" Pac Choi. Light green leaves with white stems and veins. Great when you stuff the base with chicken salad and eaten raw, or chop it all up and add to your next stirfry.

Red Choi

Very pretty red tinted leaves with green stems. Red, baby version of bok choi. 2.50for a bunch of two.

Swiss Chard

Swiss Chard of various colors, we grow Rhubarb, Golden Yellow and Rainbow. Chard is great in a stirfry or chopped up raw in a salad. 3.00 per bunch.

Par-cel

Par-cel is a cross between parsley and celery. The stems are crisp like celery and the leaves are similar to flat leaf parsley. It smells more like celery. A great herb to add to your cooking. 2.00 per bunch

Our fresh cut German Winter Thyme is sure to liven up your meals. To use gently slide your fingers down the woody stalk to remove the green leaves. Use the leaves to flavor soups and stews and many different meat dishes.
