November is knocking...

Hello November!

The calves are growing, the crops are maturing, harvest is happening, the weather is cooling and we are busy here at Rocky Glade getting it all tended to. October is finishing just as it started FULL ON scurry! I do tend to sympathize with the squirrels and other storage dependent critters--getting ready for winter takes a lot of time and energy! Take a look at what our late October brought us and the goodness you can expect from the coming November!

The cows have just about finished calving and are busy making milk to feed their babies.

The carrot harvest has begun! Many more pounds to come!

Sweet Potato harvest is complete! Lots of Covington sweet potatoes for all your fall and winter meals coming right up! We even asked the oldest to come back home and help us with the harvest!

Sometimes...it's just too hard to face the day--this cat keeps us smiling.
